Sorry, it can't be supported.

Have you tried using Opel/Vauxhall Software and select Insignia Model.......? One more thing you got to be careful on those models when you try to program the keys, it normally errors all keys first and than it reprograms back the number of keys you want........... And if the tool you using is not 100% capable of  programming than you might even end up losing the key which is already programmed to your vehicle..........
